Thursday evenings during the warmer months are a highlight for us. From 4:30-8PM every week, the property comes alive with food trucks and craft vendors lining four lots, wafting enticing aromas and showcasing handcrafted treasures. Outdoor stages host three sets of live music, while Sweet Side Records offers live performances indoors. For a break from the heat, explore the year-round shops indoors that extend their hours on Thursdays.
We prioritize safety to ensure an enjoyable experience for both visitors and vendors. If high winds or thunderstorms are forecasted, we may cancel. This decision, made by 6:30 AM, aims to prevent food waste. Despite potential forecast changes, our call stands. Look for updates on our Facebook page on Thursday mornings for that day’s event status or vendor cancellations.
Christmas in July
Saturday, July 27, 2024
10am-5pm
This impromptu event marks its debut this year, offering a unique experience. While the holiday season typically brings a plethora of fantastic vendors, the festive rush may hinder your ability to fully appreciate the remarkable selection available. The idea blossomed this year – taking advantage of the summer weather, we have decided to move outdoors, providing our makers another opportunity to impress you with their creations. Whether you aim to kick off your holiday shopping early or enjoy perusing the offerings of independent shops and local artisans, this event promises to be a great day!
Apple vs Pumpkin Fall Throwdown is our take on a Fall Festival. This year, we are pitting two beloved fall flavors against each other: apple and pumpkin. As the leaves start to change colors and the air gets crisper, it’s the perfect time to choose a side in this throwdown.
On one hand, we have apples – juicy, crisp, and versatile. From classic apple pies to refreshing apple cider, there’s no denying that apples are a staple of fall cuisine. But on the other hand, we have pumpkins – earthy, sweet, and oh-so-autumnal. Who can resist a warm slice of pumpkin bread or a steaming bowl of pumpkin soup?
It’s a tough decision to make – do you prefer the tanginess of apples or the warmth of pumpkin? That’s where our Fall Throwdown comes in. With vendors set up outside, shops open inside, and activities scattered around with fall-themed activities, dishes, and products, it promises to be a fun-filled day for all!
So join us at Shirt Factory this fall and pick your side in the ultimate foodie feud. Will it be apples or pumpkins? The choice is yours!
ADK BBQ Competition
Held simultaneously as the Apple vs Pumpkin Fall Throwdown and the last Second Saturday Flea Market, the winner of the ADK BBQ Competition is determined by you and a panel of guest judges.
During the event, participants will have signs indicating they are competing, and they will offer a smaller portion of pulled pork for the sake of the competition, so you’ll have enough room to go around and try some from every participant. Once you’re done, scan the QR code at any booth to vote for your favorite! Winners will be announced at the end of the event and on Facebook!
