Valentines Day One Stop Shop

Making it easy to shower your favorite person with love! This is our second year of holding this event that features baked goods, fresh flowers, jewelry and more!

Spicy Food Festival

11 am- 5pm

Spice doesn’t have to be all about burning your taste buds. Join us for our 5th Annual Spicy Food Festival and discover a range of flavorful products, with varying degree’s of heat. Every year we work with area restaurants to have several prepared options for you to sample as we raise money for the Open Door Back Pack Program that helps make sure school age children have enough to eat.

Spring is Sweet, Maple in April

The sap is running, the sweet signal that Spring is upon us,! What better way to say goodbye to the winter humdrums than with sweet, sweet maple?

Discover a variety of maple products, baked goods and other items to help get you in the mood for all the joy spring has to offer!

Thursday Market & Food Truck Corral

4:30 – 8 pm, Thursday’s

It all started with our six kids and four friends lining up at an ice cream truck at the building, after months of saying we should do an outdoor food event, the crowd of kids, provided the inspiration for what would become the Thursday Market & Food Truck Corral. Join us Thursday’s for a fun night out with lots of different foods, handmade items, live music, and free to low cost activities. There are four lots of food trucks and vendors, there are large, community picnic tables in all, and three have live music every week.

Apple vs. Pumpkin

11 am – 5pm

With the smell of spice in the air, are you team apple or team pumpkin?

Food vendors prepare specialty dishes using either apple or pumpkin, vote for your favorite.

Do you have some mad carving skills? Enter our pumpkin carving contest.

All of this plus some regular fall festival fun.

Holiday Open House

Our 21rst year hosting this local holiday tradition. With open studios on all four floors, and guest vendors throughout, it’s easy to shop local and get each person on your list the best gift ever!

And because we all appreciate the your support, we offer something special each day of Open House. Save all of your receipts for the day, when you’re done shopping, bring them to the designated Shopper’s Advantage location. A volunteer will add up your receipts, and give you a raffle tickets for every $25 spent at the building that day. Each day a name will be selected for a gift basket of items from the folks here and the guest vendors, each with an approximate minimum value of $300.
